The following was received after a consultation with a cat who had been vomiting regularly and staring into space and meowing mournfully.



Hi Marilyn: Just thought I would let you know that things have shifted a bit for Ebony since our conversation. Only one night in the last week with middle of the night barf. That's a lot better than almost every night. Her times of being lost have also diminished. She has hardly cried at all in the last week. We have tried to give her a bit more fish oil and water mixed in her food, since she likes it wet.

JerichoI adopted Jericho from the Minnesota Valley Humane society on April 17, 2002. He was about 9 years old at the time and the name on the surrender form called him Pepper. I’d never had a cat before. In fact, I didn’t really like cats. I always fancied myself a dog person and what’s more, I lived with dogs, birds and fish. How would a cat fit into this animal family?
