The following was received after a consultation with a cat who had been vomiting regularly and staring into space and meowing mournfully.

Hi Marilyn: Just thought I would let you know that things have shifted a bit for Ebony since our conversation. Only one night in the last week with middle of the night barf. That's a lot better than almost every night. Her times of being lost have also diminished. She has hardly cried at all in the last week. We have tried to give her a bit more fish oil and water mixed in her food, since she likes it wet.

Got a Big Dog? Need a Big Bed? Crib Mattresses are perfect! They are less expensive than fancy orthopedic dog beds and offer good support and cushioning. They are easy to wipe clean and don’t absorb body fluids that are sometimes part of life with elderly or ill dogs. Add your own mattress pad (which can absorb a LOT of liquid) and fitted sheet which are easy to change and wash. You can get a mattress anyplace that sells baby items or I often find them at garage sales for $5-10.
